Lasagna
Ingredients
- 400 g Italian soft wheat flour '00' (14oz) All purpose flour can be used too.
- 4 eggs large
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Put flour and salt in kitchenaid with the Flat Beater. Mix on speed 2.
- Add the eggs, mix until dough come together into a ball.
- Replace the Flat Beater with the Dough Hook. Knead on speed 2 for 4 minutes.
- Sprinkle with flour, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 min.
- Flour the dough again and knead by hand for 1 minute.
- Set past roller to thickest, make the dough more pliable by rolling it several times. Flour the pasta so it doesn't stick.
- Roll several times on each thickness until number 4.
- Don't stack them together, they will get stucked.
