Lasagna

Ingredients
  • 400 g Italian soft wheat flour '00' (14oz) All purpose flour can be used too.
  • 4 eggs large
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions
  1. Put flour and salt in kitchenaid with the Flat Beater. Mix on speed 2.
  2. Add the eggs, mix until dough come together into a ball.
  3. Replace the Flat Beater with the Dough Hook. Knead on speed 2 for 4 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with flour, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 min.
  5. Flour the dough again and knead by hand for 1 minute.
  6. Set past roller to thickest, make the dough more pliable by rolling it several times.
  7. Roll several times on each thickness until number 4.
